Process

  • I conducted a series of workshops designed to:

    • ​gather insights on our members with data and empathy mapping, and

    • bring cross-functional groups together to think from a user perspective.​​​

  • I drafted principles geared at helping us prioritize features, articulate how a product should feel, and give guidelines to help drive alignment.

Results

  • Each workshop had similar a-ha moments. I revealed work-in-progress drafts at the end of each workshop.

  • Due to management shifts the principles were never adopted, but the process of bringing the teams together created synergy and cross-functional alignment.
